Common questions

Is the first video really free?

Yes, and there is no card required to get it. We produce one complete ad for your product and send it over. If you do not want to work with us after seeing it, keep the file and run it anyway. We would rather spend one production showing you what we do than spend an hour telling you.

What if I do not like the work?

On the free video, you walk away and it cost you nothing. Inside a package, revisions run until you approve. We do not mark a batch as delivered until you have said it is right.

How fast is delivery, honestly?

Five days for Growth and Scale, seven for Starter, counted from the moment scripts are approved rather than from the day you pay. Scripts usually take one to two days depending on how fast you come back to us. Rush turnaround is available on Scale.

Do you manage my ad account too?

No. We make the creative and we tell you how we would test it. Media buying is a different job and we would rather be excellent at one thing than adequate at two. If you need a buyer, we can point you at people we trust.

Do I own the videos?

Completely. Source files are yours on delivery, with no usage window, no licensing fee, and no expiry. Run them for three years if they keep working.

What do you need from me to start?

Your product or service link, access to any existing ad creative or performance data if you have it, and any brand assets like a logo or product photography. That is it. If you have nothing but a website, we can still work.

Can I pause a monthly package?

Yes, with two weeks of notice. There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee. If the creative stops earning its keep we would rather you paused than resented the invoice.

Why is this so much cheaper than a production house?

Because we are not paying for a crew, a studio, a location, or actor day rates. Those costs are real and they are why traditional production is priced the way it is. We removed them from the process, so we removed them from the price.

Is AI video obviously AI?

Sometimes, and sometimes that is fine. Paid social has grown tolerant of it fast. What actually kills performance is a weak hook and a slow first two seconds, not the production method. Watch the showreel and judge it yourself, then take the free video and put it in a real test.
